Let me answer your questions. First for the pirhanas, there are little mole things running around. Shoot one, go up to it and press A. Go to the river, hit -, go to gear and select the bait. Throw it with B and run! You can't climb trees in BC. Now in Namibia, after you shoot the rhino from the car. Go to the cliff and look for a path down. On beehives, just shoot them.
